Credit packs
for heavy months.
If you blow past your plan's monthly scans — promotional season, range refresh, new buy — buy a pack. They don't expire. They stack on top of your plan's allocation, and they spend last (so you never burn a pack while you have plan credits in the tank).
A$0.59 per scan. For the occasional spike. No expiry.
A$0.46 per scan. For range refreshes and promotional cycles. No expiry.
A$0.40 per scan. For full range repricing weeks. No expiry.

What counts as one “scan”?+
One product image, matched against the full AU competitor set, scored, and turned into a recommendation. Re‑running the same SKU within 24 hours is free — we don't charge you twice for the same product on the same day.
What happens if I run out of credits mid‑month?+
We tell you when you hit 80% and again at 100%. You can either buy a top‑up credit pack (which never expires) or upgrade tiers — we pro‑rate the difference and credit your invoice. We don't silently fail or stop you working.
Do unused credits roll over?+
Plan credits roll for one month. So if you used 200 of 500 in January, you'd have 800 available in February — but you can't bank six months of unused credits. Credit pack scans never expire.
Coupon codes & partner discounts?+
If you have one, paste it into the Settings → Coupons tab after signing up. We work with a handful of retail consultants and accelerators — if you came through one of them, ask them for the code.
What about GST?+
Prices shown are excluding GST. Australian customers see GST added at checkout. International customers (when we open up) pay no GST.
Refunds?+
If you signed up in the last 14 days and the tool isn't doing what you hoped, email Vasko and you'll get a full refund — no questions. After that, we don't refund unused credits, but you can cancel and stop the next billing cycle from the portal.
